A good profiling machine produces efficient profiles. It is fast, has demand-oriented operator control and offers maximum productivity. Further, profiling lines of our 'Kurt Rüppel Maschinenbau' brand have been available for over 40 years for detailed and perfect technology.
Our roll-forming machines are developed, produced and adapted individually to your standards and requirements. Our systems are designed both for continuous and stop-and-go operation. Minimum set-up times enable you to produce various profiles on one machine.
Our cross-cutters with state-of-the-art drive systems achieve hyperactivity with excellent cross-cutting precision. Depending on the application, the cutting tools are designed as knife or cutting tools. Of course, a saw may also be used.

If you operate your own systems, we may be able to increase their speed and efficiency considerably, and reduce waste by performing modernisation measures.
